Getting Started with Sanctuary Stitchers

Thank you for your interest in the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services' Sanctuary Stitchers Blanket Project. Below you will find information about the project and everything you need to get started on your first square.

How You Can Help

Our Goal: Give each child in JBFCS therapeutic residential programs a blanket they can call their own. Statement of Purpose

Your Contribution: Knit or crochet squares for a blanket to comfort a child. One blanket takes 49 squares --knit or crochet one square or forty nine!

Square Specifications

Form Your Own Group or knit or crochet on your own
Join with friends or co-workers to knit and crochet together.

Volunteers often meet at
